On-site visits:
A healthcare professional attends your workplace to carry out corporate flu jabs. Employees fit their personal appointments around their day:

How it works:
1. Complete Booking form
Complete the corporate flu vaccine enquiry form, choose 'on-site' or 'digital voucher' and ensure all required fields are completed.
2. Attend/Redeem
Either attend your personal appointment, or redeem your voucher at our available locations.
3. Get vaccinated
You will be vaccinated by a healthcare professional representing Health Klinix.
We answer your frequently asked questions
On average, flu costs your business £272 annually for each employee with employees typically missing between 3–6 days per flu episode. Many of these employees return to work early, underperforming and spreading the virus around their workplace. This is why it’s crucial to protect your employees and future profits with our company flu jabs. It will also help foster a supportive culture and improve team morale within the workplace.
For optimal effectiveness, we recommend ensuring your employees are vaccinated from October onwards (September for pregnant employees) with the vaccination taking around 10–14 days to take effect. This, however, is just a recommendation so don’t worry if you miss this deadline as you're still able to get your employees vaccinated later in the flu season (even in January and February).
Only 1 single dose will be needed for each employee.
There is no minimum number of employees required, but please note there is a sessional charge in addition to the cost of the vaccines. The maximum number of employees we'll be able to vaccinate in a half-day slot will be 45, and a full-day slot will be 80.
Contrary to popular myth, the flu vaccine is surprisingly well tolerated. It doesn’t give you ‘the flu’ and most people don’t have any flu vaccine side effects. There are a few occasional side effects and these can range from: pain, swelling, redness of injection site, slight fever, headache, muscle pain, tiredness, runny nose and loss of appetite
Staff will not need downtime after their injection and in most cases should be capable of returning back to work immediately.
We have stock of both egg-based and cell-based vaccines. It's important to note that Health Klinix and the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) do recommend cell-based vaccines over egg-based as recent research suggests they are more effective for some strains of flu.
